This bod-centred workshop will explore how our body holds tension in places where our nervous system has learnt to feel safe. This tension can often limit movement and restrict how we move in our body's and how we move through our lives.
The time we spend together will include plenty of practical work including fascia release exercises, connecting in with the body with self exploration of touch, a full yoga practice and a yoga nidra as well as some simple grounding in the why and how all this works.
