Join me for another look at an area of Yoga Philosophy, this time the Chakra's and Nadi's, energy centres and channels carrying our life force energy through the body. I'll share the principles of this yoga anatomy and the importance of prana flow to energizing and sustaining all parts of the body. We will then share a full physical yoga practice exploring prana, through pranayama (breathwork), (asana) postures and a short meditation (dhyana)
